FB 760D - Digital Axiabore, axial fine boring heads
Digital Axial Fine Boring Heads are available with either a Graflex®, HSK A63 or Seco-Capto™ connection and with the large range of solid carbide or modular tools, they cover a wide range of diameters and applications. The Digital Axiabore offers boring capacities from 2 to 108 mm (.078" - 4.25") with two boring heads. In the world of precision machining, where accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness are paramount, Digital Axial Fine Boring Heads stand out as evidence of innovation and engineering excellence.
The digital version can be used in conjunction with the user-friendly Digital Display, which is a wireless electronic device equipped with a wide screen. This wide-screen greatly facilitates precision settings, making them easier and reducing the possibility of human error resulting in fewer scrapped materials.

Axiabore-type heads are a multi-operations system: boring, OD-overturning and grooving with a limited tool inventory.
The Digital Axiabore offers boring capacities from 2 to 108 mm (.078" - 4.25") with two boring heads.
These heads produce perfect hole geometries with a hole diameter precision of +/- 3 µm and an excellent surface finish of Ra = 0.6.
The Digital Axiabore G3-FB760-02-D small head is for fine boring Ø 2 to 20 mm (0.078" - 0.78"), while the Digital Axiabore Plus G5-FB760-03-D multi-purpose head is for fine boring Ø 6 to 108 mm (0.236" - 4.25").
