Seco Italy receives the Workplace Health Promotion award
We are thrilled to announce that Seco Italy has been awarded the prestigious "Workplace Health Promotion" award for the year 2023. This recognition underscores Seco Italy's unwavering commitment to fostering a healthy and supportive work environment.
The award was presented by the Italian Health Protection Agencies at the Confindustria headquarters in Como, and marks the second consecutive year that Seco Italy has received this esteemed award.
The WHP Network Program is endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO) and promotes organizational changes at workplaces. The aim is to favor environments that consciously adapt and promote healthy lifestyles, contributing to the prevention of chronic diseases.
The program is activated and coordinated locally by the Italian Health Protection Agencies - ATS, which provide support for the establishment of an internal working group of the member companies, consisting of the employer and its representatives, the Company Doctor, and Union representatives.
The significance of prioritizing employers' health, safety, and well-being cannot be overstated. It not only impacts the lives of employees and their families but also resonates across enterprises, communities, and national economies.
