Guillaume Bourderon, has been appointed Market Manager France for the Sales Unit, reporting to Eurion Kemish, Vice-President Sales Europe.
Bourges, October 15, 2024 – With over 20 years' experience in the industrial and commercial sector, Guillaume Bourderon has just been appointed Sales Manager for Seco tools France, starting on October 14. During his career, he has worked for a number of major international organizations, including National Sales Director at MMC Metal France - Mitsubishi Group, where he was responsible for commercial strategy and sales development throughout the French market.
Throughout his career, Guillaume has implemented effective sales strategies aimed at improving results and strengthening customer relationships. His proven skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams and his ability to understand his customers' needs will be undeniable assets for Seco's sales unit.
Guillaume holds a Master 2 in Management and Business Strategy, after a Master in Project & Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour, and has recognized expertise in sales, as well as solid experience in process optimization and complex project management. His strategic vision and human leadership skills enable him to unite his teams around common objectives, while ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
In his spare time, Guillaume Bourderon cultivates a passion for music, reading and cooking. He is also fond of outdoor activities such as trekking, fishing and paddle-boarding, interests that offer him both relaxation and the discovery of new horizons. These hobbies nurture his open-mindedness and enhance his adaptability, qualities he applies to his professional activities.
