Precision and performance in every operation
Designed for high-speed milling, tailor your ER HP collet chuck to any application. Here’s the future of tool clamping. With our ER HP collet chuck, you’ll notice your machining processes become smoother and more reliable. The real benefit? Because of the excellent run-out, you’ll get consistent results, longer lasting tools and faster cycle times, ensuring your operations are both efficient and cost-effective. This means less downtime and reduced tooling costs that give you a clear advantage.
High-speed milling with fine balanced design

The ER HP collet chuck features a finely balanced and symmetrical design, making it ideal for high-speed milling and 5-axis machining. This increases performance, reduces vibration, and ensures stability even at the highest RPMs. You get smoother finishes, longer tool life, and the confidence to push your processes faster and further.
Your challenge: Keeping up with demanding high-speed applications without sacrificing surface finishes or tight tolerances.
Our solution: Our collet toolholders are engineered for stability and balance, supporting your high-speed operations with proven reliability and flawless finishes.
Maximum clamping force and rigid design

With high clamping forces and a rigid design, our tool clamping solutions are built to keep your tools secure, so you don’t have to worry about slippage or inconsistent results, even during heavy-duty machining. The advantage? Greater process security and reduced risk of costly errors.
Your challenge: Tool slippage and unreliable clamping can lead to costly mistakes and wasted material.
Our solution: The ER HP toolholders provide secure, repeatable clamping so you can focus on productivity, not troubleshooting.
Effortless implementation and safety first
ER HP collet toolholders, rather like Hydraulic chucks, are an alternative to other clamping technologies like the Shrinkfit, Weldon or Power Milling Chuck systems, but you can forget about complicated setups and risky hot spots – all you need is a simple roller key. It’s quick, safe, and easy for everyone on your team to use.
Your challenge: Complex toolholder systems can slow down changeovers and result in safety risks while also being expensive when it comes to energy consumption.
Our solution: Our clamping tools are intuitive and safe, streamlining your workflow and protecting your team.
One versatile, adaptable toolholder

Our collet system offers unmatched flexibility: one toolholder and a set of collets cover a wide clamping range, unlike other chucking systems that require a separate holder for each tool shank size. With options for sealed collets, coolant holes, and fine balancing, you can tailor your setup for any application.
Your challenge: Managing a large inventory of toolholders and adapting to diverse machining needs is a hassle.
Our solution: Our flexible ER HP toolholders simplify your setup and reduce costs, giving you more options with less clutter.
A long-lasting investment
Our toolholders are manufactured from 100% recyclable steel within the EEC and are considered a sound investment. Plus, our packaging is eco-friendly as we use fully recycled boxes.
Your challenge: Finding sustainable, long-lasting solutions that align with your company’s environmental goals.
Our solution: Choose our tool clamping products for a sustainable investment that supports both your business and the planet.

of assemblies: | A selection of HSK ER HP collet chucks come with 4 threaded holes to enable fine tuning of the balancing of assemblies on a suitable balancing machine. |

Working area
The ER HP works at high speed in all types of materials thanks to the low runout, fine balancing and symmetrical design. It performs very well in light milling operations on 4-5 axis machines but can also be applied in roughing operations thanks to its excellent gripping force and strong rigid body.
